The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program provides the opportunity for those interested in the Catholic Faith to learn more and to determine if they wish to become Catholic.  Catholics who have not received First Communion or Confirmation and other who simply wish to renew or return to their faith are also encouraged to join us. Please consider joining the RCIA process.  We are ready when you are.

Life Teen

Studies show that a person will make the decision on whether or not they practice a religion by the time that leave high school. That makes high school ministry one of the  most important ministries in the Church. Here at St. Paul, we have a vibrant youth program that leads teens to Christ and gives them the tools to be lifelong disciples. We have retreats, conferences, mission trips, and weekly gatherings. Life Teen also ensures that our teens at St. Paul belong to a holy community of teenagers making good decisions that help them on their journey.

EDGE Confirmation Program

We are excited to announce that we are using a new Confirmation for grades 6-8 here at St. Paul the Apostle Parish. The program is called EDGE and is part of Life Teen International, the largest Catholic Youth Ministry program in the country. EDGE gives middle school youth the chance to connect with the teachings of the Church on a personal level that applies to exactly where they are at in their lives.

Tabor

Tabor is our bi-weekly large group gathering that gives adults in the community a chance to have a drink, eat some snacks, and hear an engaging talk about a topic in the Church that speaks to their lives.  All are welcome. We meet every other Tuesday from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Gathering Space. Tabor is great for those seeking to continue to grow in their faith and for people who are “seeking” a relationship with God.

COR

Cor is our bi-weekly large group gathering that gives young adults in the community a chance to have a craft beer or a glass of wine, eat some snacks, and hear an engaging talk about a topic in the Church that speaks to their lives.  All are welcome. We meet every other Tuesday from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Gathering Space. Cor is great for those trying to continue to grow in their faith and for people who are “seeking” a relationship with God.

Family Spiritual Formation

At St. Paul the Apostle, we are passionate about bringing our young people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We have dedicated catechists, engaging formation, and dynamic prayer experiences. We hope that this will be a place that feels like home for you. Welcome to St. Paul. Welcome home.

S.P.R.E.D.

S.P.R.E.D. Provides a nurturing community to children who are developmentally challenged and/or who have special needs in order to facilitate their experiences of God within our faith community.  It is an educationally and spiritually founded program through which adult volunteers serve as special friends for our special children.

Bible Study

Each week we gather to study scripture, rather a particular book, a series of books or bible-related topics. Sessions may last several weeks or an entire semester. Bible Study is offered on Wednesday evenings and all needed materials are offered to participants at minimal cost.

Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning classes provide the means to cooperate in conception or prevention in a completely natural manner. Couples deepen their relationship in the process. Classes are offered through the year by a couple who present the latest scientific research and methods in an easy-to-understand and approachable way.  Sharon and Ed are certified instructors with ccli.org.
